Figma to WordPress

Figma to WordPress theme: coming to Weld

Weld turns a Figma .fig into a finished, responsive page today. WordPress theme export is on our roadmap and isn’t live yet. Here’s what works now, and how to hear first when it ships.

What Weld exports today: the page, its compiled stylesheet, its theme and named assets

On the roadmap, not live. WordPress theme export isn’t in Weld yet and has no date. This page says what works today.

Where it stands

The honest status

Live today

A Figma .fig to a responsive HTML and Tailwind page, with fonts, images and alt text resolved.

On the roadmap

Exporting that page as a WordPress theme you can install. There’s no date yet.

Your say

Which builder you use (the block editor, Elementor, Bricks or none) shapes what we build first. Tell us at support@weldhtml.com.

Today’s route

Using Weld’s HTML in WordPress now

Weld’s output is a plain HTML page with one compiled stylesheet, so a developer can bring it into WordPress in the usual ways: as a page template in a custom or child theme, or as a static page beside the site.

The page is built to sit inside someone else’s theme: its styles live inside a single wrapper, so the theme’s own body styles don’t leak into it. It’s still a developer’s job today, and the content isn’t editable from the WordPress editor until theme export ships.

What we’re aiming for

What WordPress export should mean

We haven’t settled the format yet. These are the goals, not promises.

Installable

A theme you upload in WordPress, not a folder for a developer to wire up.

Faithful

The same page Weld builds today: fonts, spacing, images and the phone layout intact.

Editable

Words and images you can change from WordPress, without touching code.

What to know now

  • There’s no WordPress export in Weld today, and no release date.
  • The HTML route above needs someone comfortable editing a WordPress theme.

Questions

When will WordPress export be available?

There’s no date yet. Register with WordPress selected and we’ll tell you first when it’s ready to try.

Will it work with Elementor, Bricks or the block editor?

That’s what we’re deciding. If you have a strong preference, email support@weldhtml.com: it shapes what we build first.

Can I use Weld for a WordPress site right now?

Yes, with a developer: the HTML and Tailwind page can become a page template in your theme. Weld doesn’t produce the theme for you yet.

What will WordPress export cost?

That isn’t set yet. Today’s beta pricing is per page: see pricing.
